Top 10 Hemp Seed Oil Dressing Recipes

These are our Top Ten Dressing Recipes using our Trust the Earth Hemp Seed Oil + CBD. Keep in mind if you want to lower the amount of CBD per serving then we suggest you replace equal amounts of hemp seed oil with olive oil. Use on top of salads, fresh vegetables, pasta, meats or breads. Have fun, be healthy and get creative!

 

 

Classic Vinaigrette:

  • 3 tablespoons Hemp Seed Oil 

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar 

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • 2 cloves garlic (crushed and minced)

  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

 

Creamy Italian:

• ¼ cup mayonnaise

• 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar

• 2 tablespoons sour cream

• 2 tablespoons hemp seed oil

• 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

• 1 garlic clove

• ¼ teaspoon salt & BLEND

• Add 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Lemon Balsamic:

• Whisk 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

• 1 tablespoon lemon juice

• 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

• ½ teaspoon salt

• Dash of pepper for taste

• Gradually whisk in ½ cup hemp seed oil

 

Light Caesar:

• Blend ½ cup nonfat Greek yogurt

• 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan

• 1 tablespoon hemp seed oil

• 1 tablespoon water

• Juice of 1 lemon

• 1 garlic clove

• 4 anchovies & BLEND

 

Creamy Vegan:

• Pulse 2 teaspoons each Dijon mustard & cider vinegar

• 1 teaspoon salt

• ¼ cup hemp seed oil

• ½ cup soft tofu in a blender until smooth

• Stir in ½ cup chopped chives, parsley and chervil

 

 

Red Raspberry: 

• 2 tablespoons raspberry vinegar

• 1 chopped shallot, 

• 1 teaspoon each honey and dijon mustard, 

• 1/2 teaspoon salt in a blender. 

• Gradually blend in 1/3 cup hemp seed oil 

• 1/2 cup raspberries and pulse to combine.

 

 

Dijon:

• Whisk 3 tablespoons each Dijon mustard & champagne vinegar

• ½ teaspoon salt

• Dash of pepper for taste

• ½ cup hemp seed oil

 

Spicy Honey Mustard:

• Whisk 2 teaspoons each honey & Dijon mustard

• 2 tablespoons lime juice

• ½ teaspoon each lime zest & salt

• whisk in ½ cup hemp seed oil

• 2 teaspoons chopped thyme

• ½ minced jalapeno

 

Mango-Lime:

• Puree 1 chopped peeled mango

• The zest and juice of 1 lime

• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

• 1 teaspoon sugar

• 1 teaspoon salt

•  Gradually blend in ¼ cup rice vinegar

• ½ cup hemp seed oil

 

Asian Sesame:

• Whisk 2 tablespoons cider vinegar

• 1 tablespoon brown sugar

• 1 ½ teaspoons grated peeled ginger

• 3 tablespoons sesame oil

• 1/3 cup hemp seed oil

• ½ teaspoon salt

• Pepper for taste
